The staff was very good and gentle with clients. Specially the Receptionist boy name Nihad is a very cooperative person and helping guy,the room was big and breakfast is really nice. The view of beech is amazing specially in summer days. Rafael and Zahra is also very nice and had a positive vibe.

While in Dubai, I saw such a knowledgeable and hospitable employee at the reception of the Burj Khalifa hotel. Working with an employee like Rafael, talking to him is very special. Location is good, surrounded by Mountains and sea, fresh air a bit far from the city. The staff was very attentive, from the Reception who took care of us on arrival Rafael, we were very well welcomed, the breakfast was okay, but we were offered extra food apart from the Buffet, highly appreciated.

I really liked the facilities especially fitness centre etc. The person at the reception name Rafael was so great and i was impress by his Hospitality and customer services. He was so polite and helpful.

We had a very lovely experience! We originally booked a Queen Room with a Sea View, but since it was unavailable, we were given a Deluxe Room with a Sea View instead. Special thanks to Nihad, who provided exceptional support! As locals, we were familiar with the hotel's restaurant, but after staying at the hotel, we were even more impressed. The hotel is clean, spacious, and offers a beautiful view of Shikov Beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was great! Oh, and there’s a cute stray dog living in the hotel yard—don’t forget to feed her if you stay there. 😊

He is a true professional: responsible, hardworking, attentive, and incredibly charming. Thank you so much, Rafael, for your outstanding work! I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, even the iconic Burj Khalifa Hotel, but I’ve never met anyone like Rafael there. His approach to work is a gold standard of service that many hotels are missing. Ramada Baku is a unique hotel because it has Rafael. Rafael, you simply must be seen in Italy! That country needs talented people like you. And not just Italy – all of Europe, America, Canada, Japan, and China would be proud to have someone like you. Your energy and professionalism are what the world needs!
