The service was excellent. As a foreigner traveller the desk staff spoke English and were very helpful and accomodating. The rates are competitive to neighboring Hotels, but the service exceeded them.

Reasonable price for staying , breakfast is good , I tried the spa services and it's good also .. regarding my experience with staff , Ms Sevil is the best , she is helpful, polite , and satisfied me a lot thank you so much for her .

Good location and quite place to set in. The staff are very friendly, AYTAN and her colleagues help us in smoth and quick check out and in. Breakfast is also nice.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff, especially the two receptionists, Fidna and Safi (I hope I pronounced their names correctly), who work the morning shift. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any request, answering my inquiries with patience and a friendly attitude, which truly reflects the hotel’s high standard of service. Thanks to their outstanding hospitality, I felt like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. Having such dedicated employees like Fidna and Safi at the reception creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes guests want to return.

The concierge girls and Ibrahim are very lovely people. They helped us as much as they could. They went out of their way to help my father who has some mobility issue. Thanks to the whole team. We loved the hotel and its services so much that we have booked it after cancelling the other hotel that we had earlier booked. We will be back on 19 for another day. Request you to give the same room -- 4006-- for my parents. The other room can be anywhere else. Thanks again. Also could you give us the room by 11 am. Would be great. Thanks 🙏

Everything was lovely, good breakfast, spacious room, I had a Studio, so there were 2 TVs, a kitchen area. 24/7 shops nearby. It was a great experience to have dinner with locals for a very cheap price. It is easy to call a taxi both to the center and to the hotel at night. Very friendly staff. 20-25 minutes on slow walk to the center.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Instead of the normal check-in time, I requested early check-in at 7 am. ( My flight from Lahore reached Baku at 06 am) and the hotel allowed me for that. Not only that but let me have complementary breakfast the same morning. I must say that receptionist Najat was very polite, helpful and very professional. I am planning to visit Baku with my family next year and will stay in this accommodation again.
