It was a very big clean room. The staff’s were very helpful especially Kanan! We could see flame towers from our room terrace! Baku is a lovely place and people are very helpful and welcoming!

Super clean, super big room. They made me a favor and upgraded my room when i arrive. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so generous and delicious. I was not able to use the pool&spa part but i am sure they would be so clean and nice considering the overall condition of the hotel. Location considered to be not central when you check it on the map but it is just 5-6 minutes with taxi and in baku taxi prices are super cheap. Last thing to add, in the room there is a spacious table, so hotel is also suitable for business stays

The hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were beautifully renovated, adding charm and comfort to the stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good also. Highly recommended !

Lift needs some maintenance .breakfast options was very limited very small restaurant no space to sit . Reception guy was very nice and helpful. Overall good experience Good value of money near to nizami street and other restaurants.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The location is good as well. The location of the hotel is convenient as you have restaurants, bakeries, supermarket and banks around.
