The rooms are nice and clean, but would benefit from a desk. The staff were extremely friendly, often calling me cabs. They were great probably the friendliest staff I've met. The communal roof terrace could have been cleaner. The price was very high but that was probably because it was during COP29.

I have travelled to Baku for COP29, when the accommodation prices went off the roof. I ended up in a hotel, which had pretty basic facilities but the staff has made all the difference with their kindness, support and availability. Starting on my arrival day, they have been contacting me to help with getting to the hotel, proposing that they can organise a Bolt car to pick me up from where I am and that they would take care of the payment and we could sort it out later. This level of support has been there throughout my stay, with them in certain cases walking down the road with me to make sure I could find my taxi / Bolt car etc. Big thank you to Ilkin and Ibrahim and other staff for making my stay so pleasant in Baku.

The hotel’s prime location made this stay exceptional. It’s positioned on a scenic hill, giving easy access and view of the Caspian Sea, and proximity to the Old City, the Caspian Waterfront Mall, and notable spots like the Carpet Museum. The spacious room with a private balcony offered a nice personal retreat. Additionally, the reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. Taxis were convenient and easily available via the Bolt app, and the hotel’s proximity to the Double Gate—Baku’s main tour meeting point—was a big advantage.

A Great Stay in Baku I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, and I must say, it was an enjoyable experience. Firstly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly supportive and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met and provided valuable recommendations for exploring the city. Their friendliness made my stay all the more pleasant. The food served at the hotel was delightful. I had the chance to try a variety of dishes, and each meal was delicious and well-prepared. It was a great way to experience local cuisine without having to venture too far. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s conveniently situated near the Baku Eye and just a short walk from Nizami Street, making it easy to explore some of the city’s main attractions. I appreciated being able to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere without being too far from my accommodation. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel maintained a standard that was quite satisfactory. The rooms and common areas were tidy, which is always a crucial factor when choosing a place to stay. Lastly, this hotel offers excellent value for money. It strikes a perfect balance between quality and affordability, making it a great economical choice for travelers.

Everything was great, value for money, good location (3km from nizami street), amazing private tour packages (went to shahdag) which was really comfortable and better than other group tour packages. Most importantly, good view from balcony, bidet and hot water in the washroom.
