I actually had booked our stay to CENTRAL BAKU APARTMENT however we end up in a very bad situation upon we reached the airport . The property owner did not anymore replied neither picked up our calls. It was scary to be in a place where people directing you incorrectly. It was so challenging to find the actual address on top of language barriers where many couldn’t speak English. In a freezing weather , last minute I was able to book this hotel.location is great ! Just in front of Nizami center , staff are accomodating. We enjoyed our 9 nights stay. Breakfast is included and sometimes drinking water is free it’s really just up to you to take advantage water refill 😄 generally thankful to all.

Location wise it’s really great. You can get anywhere just by foot. Really convenient for a city stay. Staffs are helpful, rooms are okay, cleanliness could be better but it is still acceptable. Beds are comfy, internet is decent. Overall, had a pleasant stay. Pro tip- if you’re gonna stay in Baku, get a place with a balcony. It’s so lovely to sit and enjoy the old city vibe from balcony

Location is the best as it's just next to Fountain in Nizami and Old City. Walkable to beach side or other attractions. The staff are very friendly, especially Meri he was always helpful. Imternet was fine. I stayed on the balcony room, so balcony view good to street, but 2 AC ventilators throw hot air to balcony. If you get a cheap deal and fit to climb 3 floors, i recommend it.

This hotel is at a prime location. Many places in Baku like carpet museum, Maidan tower, seaside boulevard and Nizami street are all at a walking distance. There are plenty of food joints around. Most of the restaurants around are costly. Its clean. Breakfast is very limited.
