The apartment had cozy design, highlighly recommended for families. The entrance is secure with passcode and there's 24/7 security. Location is amazing few minutes away from Nizami street and next to winter park. Bilal the owner is very friendly and supportive along with his assistant Elnura.

Spacious apartment. Good location. You get what you see in pictures. Big kitchen and living room, bedroom is a decent size, big waredrobes in the hall and bedroom. Over all was good and we liked our stay.

Great location, very comfortable to live in. Lots of space, nice vews of Baku. There's a security guard at the house where you have to sign in when you move in. Originally it was supposed to be 1 flat, but the landlord said there renovation and offered 2 flats on the same floor for the same price. It was also convenient. One flat had a bad key that opened badly, but it was quickly changed. Pillows could be improved and mattresses could be changed to firm ones. The owner's assistant dealt with all issues promptly and was very helpful. We were allowed a late check out due to a return flight, which was nice.
