Orhan at the front desk was extremely helpful. He goes out of the way to attend to our needs. Any problem he has a solution with a smile. As a result i enjoyed my one week stay at Kristal Hotel very much. The Bus stand was right in front of the Hotel. I was upgraded to a better room as well.

The staff Elnur is very helpful and friendly during our stay in the hotel. We had a wonderful experience talking with him. He helped us a lot even before we stayed. Also the breakfast is very good. I highly recommend it as it is value for money.
