Overall, good. It's a 2 Star Hotel, not 4 star as advertised in bookimg.com, located in the heart of Nizami Street. All kinds of restaurants and shops are in walkable distances. The Wifi signal was good and fast. Always had hot water in the toilet. Breakfast is okay. Breakfast timing is 8.30 AM to 11.30 AM, but the majority of the tours start at 8.30 AM. At 8 AM, you can still get some eggs and juices. However, it was not a full breakfast. Their card machine was not working or accepting our cards. So we had to pay cash. All other shops and restaurants the cards were working perfectly. So either their card machine is not working or they want us to pay cash.

The breakfast was really good; many options and varieties changing from one day to the other. David and Ali from the reception were very helpful especially since I rebooked a couple of times and changed 3 rooms during my stay there. And, I got to experience living in a couple of small rooms and one bigger room with a saloon. The rooms and bathrooms are well designed and speak of a good aesthetic sense while ensuring the basics of a comfortable stay are in place.

the bed was clean the location is excellent right on the center ,the staff ,Daoud and reception staff went out of their way to help the gusts ,cleaners and the lady preparing breakfast were very nice and helpful .I love all the staff so kind and helpful.

Location is excellent, walking distance to all main atractions. Breakfast was satisfying, quite good options. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm.

they should make the breakfast a bit earlier as the tours normally starts early. we didn't get to have breakfast.
