I will come back to this hotel again. I booked 1 triple room for my family of 5 people. During check-in, they explained that this room would not be comfortable for us and upgraded us to a suite room. Thanks for everything.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, as many attractions, restaurants, and shops are nearby. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a great job in keeping everything spotless, which makes the stay very comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. From check-in to check-out, they make you feel welcome and cared for. Their warm attitude creates a very positive experience for guests. Overall, City Park Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a central location, clean rooms, and excellent service.

I had an excellent stay at City Park Hotel Baku! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. First time in Baku. We chose a hotel near the old city. And we were very pleased. There are many streets with cafes, bars and beautiful parks near the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a beautiful main entrance, reception, spacious floors. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and every day there were different options from national and European cuisine. The food was hot and tasty. Very friendly, nice attentive staff. We spoke English. The staff helped us a lot in all matters. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and they clean the room every day, put fresh towels in the room, if you need anything else, it is provided within 2 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel.
