The room was very good and so was the staff and the service provided. The location was quite serene, it was away from the city center which we preferred, but at the same time very accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was average and the same everyday, we preferred in-room dining or The White City Restaurant instead for breakfast.

Incredible stay! We arrived just as the snow began to fall—perfect timing. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly. The only downside was the road leading to the hotel—it’s unfinished and very bumpy for about an hour. Rainy and snowy conditions made the drive even more difficult, and the taxi drivers shared by the hotel were quite reckless. It’s definitely something the hotel should look into for the safety and comfort of future guests.

Wanted to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay at your hotel. From start to finish, everything was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marriott Baku. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the facilities were top-notch, ensuring that our stay was both comfortable and relaxing. The attention to detail and cleanliness were outstanding, making it feel like a true home away from home. A special mention goes to the Customer Care Reception team, particularly Mariam and Nargis. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and support made a big difference, and we are truly grateful for their assistance. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend Marriott Hotel Baku to anyone visiting the city. We look forward to returning in the future!

We had an amazing time. The staff at Marriot hotel Boulevard definitely contributed greatly to a memorable holiday in Baku. Staff like Alosart, David and Nargis made it an absolute pleasure to stay at Marriott hotel. And the breakfast was excellent. A huge thank you to Marriott hotel. We will be back. ☺️

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Marriot Boulevard, Baku. The staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, warm and kind. They were extremely efficient and generous with their hospitality. 4 staff made our stay the highlight - Zeynab and Nilufar the customer service manager. They were even helpful to the extent of guiding us on what best to do in and around Baku! We're travelling with an 11 months baby, and finding Indian baby food is a challenge - Zeynab and Amina went the extra mile and put us in touch with the Indian Chef at the property- chef Hussain and he especially helped prepare indian baby food for us! Loved the entire stay!
