Good interaction with the landlord, quick response. It is located in the center, which is convenient.The apartment is clean, the photos correspond to reality. Grocery stores are nearby, there are enough dishes and other cooking utensils in the kitchen. Fast internet connection. Overall, I liked everything.

Because we were arriving late at night, I messaged the Owner ahead of time, and he was quick to respond. He agreed to speak with the taxi driver to assist us with the location and had someone ready to give us the key. The property entrance is not particularly appealing, but the apartment is on the first floor with two flights of stairs and has everything one could want - clean, well-kept, and in the heart of the city, close to a few attractions. All of the appliances were in excellent working order. If you like to party, there are clubs open every night just around the corner; if you don't, don't worry, the balcony doors are soundproof. There are quite a few small supermarkets and restaurants all around the area.
