The service from the booking starting right up to the last day of stay was excellent with seamless communication. The cottage upon arrival was lovely and warm with finishing touches of a welcome pack waiting for us, consisting of: Milk, Bread, Eggs and Homemade Flapjacks that were a lovely treat. The previous reviews about the cottage supplying EVERYTHING you could possibly need, I was sceptical about, however, how wrong was I! I have never stayed within such a well equipped cottage as to what Rose Cottage is, it is a credit to the owners, a true gem of a find and will definitely be returning. Thank you to Sue, for such a fabulous stay and faultless communication.

The cottage was beautiful and clean, and we'll equipped. Communication was prompt and informative. We were blessed with a snowfall and thought the cottage was off the main road. The roads were gritted quickly.

from the moment we opened the door, everything was perfect, the kitchen had everything you could possibly imagine and more. the cottage was welcoming and clean, with everything you needed for a perfect stay.

a very lovely village with amazing views all around. We went on hour long walks, extremely dog friendly all around us. We didn't find the cottage at first, but Sue was very kind and helpful! The care package was so sweet, we enjoyed it very much. The cottage was so cosy and inviting. The kitchen was unbelievably well stocked so we could make anything and everything we desired! This was a great value for money in our opinion and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family and we ourselves will come back again :)
