The location. Unfortunately with it being a very old building the windows are shocking . It was very windy and raining so got no sleep at all . Also the church clock never stops all night . I’m amazed secondary glazing hasn’t been fitted inside the windows . As we won’t return because of the noise

The early check in was excellent ....the owners cudnt have been more helpful & so friendly and informative of the area too. David brought us a yummy full breakfast at a very reasonable price ....wonderful stay 👍😁

We had such a lovely stay here. We were blown away by how nice the room was and the staff was so friendly and approachable. Perfect location to walk into Bakewell. Will definitely return!

I had stated at the property before years ago so knew what to expect and it was even better than I remember. A loverly comfy and individual room. The property is in a great location and the parking is a bonus.
