I didn't know what to expect at first, but from the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect... The location is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly professional and always smiling. The cleanliness is outstanding.. everything shines.. It was a business trip, and staying at the Palm turned out to be a fantastic choice that I would gladly make again. Thank you so much.

We had an amazing stay at the Palm Residence Suites in Baghdad, Iraq! The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy living room that was perfect for unwinding after a long day The boutique residence is located in the heart of Baghdad, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The apartment is fully furnished, providing a home-away-from-home experience The Lady Owner Ms. Malad and her staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring our stay was nothing short of excellent. We truly felt at home during our time at Palm Residence Suites. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Baghdad, I highly recommend Palm Residence Suites!

We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, and it was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable, the living room gave us a nice place to hang out after work, and the washing machine made a big difference as well, especially as we were there for a little over a week. Each and ever staff we met, from the managers to the reception (both day and night personnel) and the cleaning staff were super nice and polite and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment was also very clean and everything is new. There is a large 24 hour super market right across the road as well. All in all, the best vlaue for money we have ever had in Baghdad.
