Basic hotel, nice big room. No Windows but just a small opening on the.rear of the interior of the.building. no cleaning at all of the room during all my.stay of three nights. TV not worlking

Excellent location Friendly staff & especially Mohammed & his side kick. Just watch out for the fire dragon aka bidet. One time, when I was out of toilet paper n i was too lazy to ask for another roll. I used the bidet without realizing i had set the water temperature to high and i had subsequently turned into a flaming and sounding Pheonix.

Turned up late at night coming from the South. Bed was comfy and Bathroom was clean. I stayed in another Hotel (Noor Land) that was more than double the price in Baghdad and was worse in a worse state than this place. Easy walking distance to Book street and good restaurants are within walking distance too.

A Warm Welcome and Exceptional Service Our stay at Safir Baghdad Hotel was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff, particularly Mohammed, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. While the restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay, Mohammed went above and beyond by ordering food for us through Talabat. The next day, Mohammed's exceptional service continued as he arranged reliable transportation for our sightseeing in Baghdad and our onward journey to Karbala, ensuring we got the best possible rates. Overall, our experience at Safir Baghdad Hotel was fantastic. The warm hospitality, combined with the hotel's elegant ambiance and convenient location, made our stay in Baghdad truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

the staff has a good respect for the guests: 1. The tolerant of the staff, because I reserved two nights on booking but one day was enough for my works from Bagdad and they cancelled one night so easily. 2. On first day, we arrived hotel at 9:30 AM , the staff provided a breakfast for us which will not happen on another hotels I mean you have not breakfast on first day usually but Safir staff did it. it's important not because of food, no, but because of Bagdad's hot weather which you can not go out the hotel with 3 kids easily to find a restaurant especially on fist hours that you are really tired.
