Eva was incredibly helpful even before we arrived, suggesting transport options to get to Badia. We arrived at the property and Eva gave us a free upgrade to a superior room which was incredible! It was so spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains. The evening restaurant and buffets each morning were great and had a wide selection of quality food. The accommodation also provides free access to; indoor pool, tennis court, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatherapy room, foot baths and more. the spa rooms were incredible. We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave!

We booked this hotel to recharge after two weeks of hiking and camping in the Dolomites. From the welcoming at the reception untill the elaborate breakfast: everything was wonderful! The spa and pool section were clean and beautiful, there were 3-4 choices for each course of the 3-course-diner and a hot and cold salad buffet, the best scrambled eggs we ever had at the breakfast buffet and the whole staff always greeted us with a smile. Thank you so much!

Excellent hotel with beautiful garden and outside terrace, perfect for quiet evening drink. Amazing food: rich breakfast, tasty 3-course dinner (seabass pasta was pure perfection) and nice afternoon snack made our stay one of the best hotel experiences. Inside pool, sauna and whirlpool (inside and another one in the garden) is everything you need after long day od hiking or skiing. Staff is very friendly and give their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Big thanks to Iva for great hiking advice, we had the best time in Alta Badia!

Literally so flash, so comfortably best place I’ve ever stayed, Valentino the host was a g, best customer service I’ve ever seen genuinely deserves the world, food was all included and was amazing.

We loved it here. The room was clean, the personnel was friendly and helpful. There are alot of great facilities inside the hotel and the atmosphere is cozy.

Breakfast was delicious. For summer, the location is fine. For winter, I would prefer a walking distance to the nearest ski lift.
