The location is excellent. The staff are well informed and extremely helpful. The breakfast room is attractive, the buffet is delicious and eggs cooked to order.

Clean, spacious room. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the old town, close to the bus (201) stop terminus from the Baden-Baden bahnhof also. Lovely cocktail bar downstairs.

The welcome was warm and communication beforehand was quick and responsive. The hotel is easy to find and very close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean- we even had a small balcony, fridge, sofa, kettle, nice hairdryer etc. Best of all though- was the amazing breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The man who checked us in was lovely, very helpful with parking the motorbike in the garage. Hotel was ideal location for us to wander into the main park of town. Didn't have breakfast but it looked nice and heard other guests saying it was nice. Wifi was good. Shower was good. Bed comfy.

Everything!! The little things were paid attention to. The staff were amazing. So helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Check in was simple , they gave you local information and spoke very good English . Breakfast was amazing, so tasty!!

What a fantastic family-run hotel. The welcome we received on arrival was lovely. Herr Huber was the perfect host, so kind and helpful; as were every single staff member we encountered. The room was lovely and clean, and very well presented. And what a delicious breakfast, everything was of real quality. We were sad to leave having being made so welcome - I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
