Guests arriving after 20:00 must contact the hotel in advance. Arrival after 22:00 is only possible upon prior arrangement with the property and is subject to a EUR 15 fee to be paid upon arrival.
Please note that the only lift in the complex is in Hotel Löhr. There are no lifts in the other buildings.

the guesthouse was really clean and practical. The rooms are cozy and the location is fantastic. it's right outside the bus stops that have links to axlot of places in Baden Baden and really easy to navigate. we went specifically for the Christmas market and it was on the doorstep also close to the spas.

The location is excellent, the room was clean and the hotel offers a good breakfast. I wish there was more information about local public transport and a bit stronger wifi signal.

We liked the location in the old town of Baden-Baden and within easy reach from the bus terminal in Augustapl. Our room had a large balcony with a nice side view of the fountain in Augustapl. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the room rate was exceptionally good.
