Visited with family of 3, in the month of Jan25. The property is new and just been taken over by Sterling group. Having taken over just a few months back, the rooms are in a really great shape and fabulous to stay in. The resort gives a vibe of a silent ambience and serenity. It's located quite conveniently to the major attractions. House keeping was upto the mark, however the staff is new and need to be trained to better standards.

Its a very nice hotel-resort situated in a very good place surrounded by local farms a bit away of the rush of Badami city center, but still very close to all the places of interest. The are so many activities you can do inside the resort premises, like sports and just having rest. The pool is great. The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the service.
