The location was good, the room/apartment was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. We were prepared for the worst, based on the reviews that we read, but overall it was good (and not as bad as we expected). Yes, the carpet was a bit old, but not too bad. The surroundings and view were also very nice (there were cows with bells around their necks, which you could hear throughout the night and morning, which was okay for us but could be problematic for light sleepers).
