Hotel Overview

The Ayurveda Resort MANDIRA is a place for relaxation located in the center of Bad Waltersdorf.
A top-class hotel service is combined with the millennia-old wisdom from India with the regenerative power of thermal water and the harmonizing effect of yoga to stimulate vitality and strengthen energy with culinary delicacies - both with Styrian-fresh cuisine and Ayurvedic nutrition.
There are two thermal water indoor pools, the year-round heated outdoor pool or in the spacious sauna area with a Styrian relaxation room
A wide range of Ayurvedic treatments and massages is provided as well as a daily activity and relaxation program with yoga and meditation units and a well-equipped fitness center.
All rooms are non-smoking and feature cable TV and a bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. They offer views of the beautiful green landscape, the thermal baths or the vineyards. Some rooms also have air conditioning.
Several catering options are provided: with breakfast or full board. Vegetarian and vegan meals, as well as fish dishes, are included in the price. Exclusive meat specialties can be added for breakfast, lunch, and dinner through the à la carte menu at an additional cost. Selected drinks such as morning coffee in the restaurant or tea at the buffet are included.
On the day of arrival, all services are included from 15:00, on the day of departure until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked on site upon request.

The hotel isn’t for children, nor is it for the masses, and it may not appeal to everyone... But for those who resonate with it, they’ll soon realize this is the BEST place to relax in all of Europe! There is absolutely nothing to fault: divine food, cleansing teas and rituals, a unique sense of place, extraordinarily kind staff, a spacious and thoughtfully designed spa, and wonderful energy—all harmonizing into a perfect whole. It’s simply amazing! Here, one day feels like a week of rest elsewhere, with relaxation at every moment. Thank you! Heartfelt compliments to the owners. Bravo! Namaste.

Food was amazing, such a treat! I felt totally pampered as there was a rich variety of food to choose from, and dinner was delicious!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Spa facilities, outdoor garden, location and treatment ... just perfect!
