When booking, your credit card will be authorised and checked. The total room price will be charged on arrival.The reception is open from 08:00 until 18:00. Arrival after 18:00 is only possible by prior arrangement by telephone with the hotel. The credit card is then automatically charged.Please note that family rooms and apartments are not cleaned daily. Fresh towels are available on request at reception between 08:00 and 18:00. There is no final cleaning charge.Please note that for fire safety reasons, the kitchen can only be used for preparing warm meals for children or else warm snacks.

We rented double room with separate children’s room. It was quite big and comfortable. There is underground parking, also outdoor on the territory. The breakfast was great

This was a clean and very comfortable stay in a well-located apartment, one of several in a complex. The pool was small but enjoyable to use. Our room faced a "garden" or courtyard overlooking the pool area. This was a lot nicer than those facing the road. The place is generally very good but is badly let down by having no staff on site when you arrive. Location good for Elbe, next to National Park Centre, near local shops and a Lidl, easily walkable to ferry to station, historic elevator, Toscana Therme...

Very nice and spacious room, rich breakfast, central location of accommodation, friendly staff etc. - everything was OK. We very much appreciated the guest card, which could be used for public transport, including the historic tram and which was included in the price.

Lovely family apartment with room for me, my parents, and my children. The waitstaff at breakfast were very friendly and accomodating. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and the value for five people. The pool would have been lovely but the weather just wasn't hot enough! The location makes it easy to walk into town or to drive to all the main locations you would want to visit.

Everything here went great! The staff was so friendly when we asked if we could leave our luggage there early to go hiking, and they sent our luggage straight to our room. We got upgraded to a beautiful 2 bed room apartment which was very well equipped and comfy. The check-in was very smooth and the breakfast was so great. All in all, really recommend!
