Overall check-in process was good, staff was helpful; buffet breakfast on next morning was great.

Beautifully located next to Schrammstein and Falkenstein. One only needs to walk to the hiking spots. You can also walk to the Personenaufzug and the Kirnitzschtalbahn which takes you to other hiking spots. Also the staff was really kind and were so helpful. Breakfast was amazing with freshly made coffee and they even had a juice presser!
