Reception staff excellently friendly and helpful! ++++ Breakfast team exciting, very friendly, helpful, and fulfilling all extra wishes! +++++ Breakfast itself as dream!!! Better than most 5-star hotels in Germany or in the world! ++++++ Room in the upper floor backside very quiet!!! AND: Nice view across the parking to the village behind ,,, ++++ No elevator does not matter, good staircase, a little bit sport keeps you fit! ++++

The whole place is just very sweet and lovely. The lady in reception was very nice, friendly and welcomed us with smile. The room exceeded our expectations and breakfast was just all what you need. My husband ordered the eggs and it was one of his best breakfast in the hotel ever. Besides everyone was very kind and sweet with our kids. I'd give 14 out of 10 it that would be possible.
