Everything was exceptional! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful, even giving us advice on what to do in Bad Gastein. We felt take cared of at all times. Having the spa just next door from our room was also a bonus! A great start of the day jumping on the swimming pool and relaxing in the sauna.

The hotel has a very nice product; the room were very clean and comfortable. The maintenance staff really paid attention to every detail and was always very helpful and kind. The ski storage room is nice as well. The staff of the restaurant and of the cafe were all very attentive and kind. Both portiers of the hotel are exceptionally kind and attentive.

An incredible hotel with plenty of charm. The staff were superb. Always friendly and keeping on top of everything. Restaurant food was delicious. The facilities (room and spa) were excellent. There is a hike trail a short walk away from the hotel which leads you to the neighbouring town of Böckstein; beautiful scenery and not too heavy an incline. We will come back next winter.
