Room is spacious, wifi is strong, hot and cold shower works perfectly, bed is comfortable and my daughter enjoyed jumping on the bed.

Location was ideal for traveling back and forth from Iloilo and near SM and Manokan country. Breakfast was great and the room was filled with appliances like iron, water heater. Staff were very courteous and hospitable.

Breakfast was nameet-delicious the location was so nice and peaceful. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and chatting with the pool staff which were awesome!

The staff is the best thing in this hotel. All of them are friendly, very helpful and with a descent customer service. If you arrive in Bacolod by ferry, you don't even need to use a taxi because the hotel is less than 5 mins walk from the port/ferry terminal. There is 7/11 store on the footpath between the ferry and the hotel, which is also very helpful in case if you need something. Also, the hotel is within walking distance (10 mins walk) from SM shopping mall (of course you can use a taxi if you want).
