Roderick “Great location and views but could be better”

This hotel should and could be a 9 or 10 given its spectacular views, quiet location, two lovely infinity swimming pools and private rooms with spacious balconies. But attention to detail especially in the rooms is lacking. Some examples of this. There were coat hangers but no cupboard or even a rail to hang clothes. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and had its own hand basin. But there were no hand towels provided nor was there anywhere to dry your hands. The in room safe had not been attached to the wall and so could be easily picked up and removed. There was no cupboard to un pack clothes. The fire extinguisher was missing. Hot water was intermittent. Fortunately the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well.

- Beautiful resort located on a hilltop - Facilities are great with multiple infinity pools with great sunset views. The food in the restaurant is tasty (including the breakfast). Staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing - the apartment itself is lovely with great interior

Everything we liked! The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly (our daughter loved Melody). Breakfast and dinner were nice. Location was great too. Is actually closer to the chocolate hills and other touristy spots. We will 100% stay here again. Our 3 year old loved this hotel too. This place was one of our highlights of our trip.

Beautiful property, great facilities and fantastic views/sunset. Staff were super friendly and supportive with any issues we had. Food had a great varied range and was all delicious. Lovely pools and the room were comfortable and clean. Would stay again!

The location is very nice and quiet! The personal is very supporting and friendly. We spent there 6 nights and we had great relaxing time. The food in the restaurant was really tasty. We recommend strongly. Regards to Christian and all the staff!

The stunning ocean view from the villa and from the bedroom. Swimming pools with beautiful ocean view. One pool has its slide - fun for our teenagers. Food and spa service with good quality. I recommend the place.
