The staff was very welcoming and helpful from the arrival until the end of my stay. The hotel is very quiet and the upgraded room very nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious as well.

A very good, clean hotel with very polite, helpful and hospitable staff. The room was spacious, breakfast was excellent and so was dinner, which we had in a restaurant next to the hotel, Casa Rebecca, which gave us a 10% reduction in the price since we were staying at the hotel. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The staff were exemplar, as always, they were very helpful, especially the young lady that checked me in, she is amazing, always smiling and kind! You feel like home! And, of course, sir Eugen was always helpful and kind! The food is great, the room was cosy and the cleaning lady was super kind and took care of the room every day! I have no other words than thank you, everyone, for making me feel welcomed and like home 🫶🥰

The professionalism and kindness of the staff. The breakfast, the parking, location. And above all room 126, had one of the best mattress in which we have ever slept. The room was extraordinary! Similar to a 5* deluxe hotel. A real surprise in Bacau. Extremely recommended.

I had a great experience with this location. The staff was lovely and welcoming, making us feel like home. The room was spotless and cozy. The breakfast parlour was the spotlight of our stay due to the staff attending there and the location itself.

I was born in Bacau, right next to the hotel, and i was so happy to see that the person that i knew in charge of security was still there and he was amazing (Eugen, this is for you). I had an excellent time in my short while, the staff was amazing (especially Eugen) and very helpful, the breakfast was great, the room was big and comfortable, really felt like home! I highly recommend the hotel, also because it's right in the middle of the city, and you can't get a better location than that.
