The food was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean. The location is perfect; only a short 4 minute taxi ride out of town, and a beautiful spot on the lake.

Overall the place is very quiet and pleasant, with a beautiful access to the lake. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was quite welcoming, including room service with delicious breakfast options.

Good size room with nice big balcony overlooking the lagoon. Loved the private access to the lagoon. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great during our stay so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. Despite the rain, we did do the private boat tour of the Lagoon that's was recommended by the hotel, it was a great experience and the staff were lovely!

Very good hotel. Service, location, facilities, everything was perfect. Surprisingly there were no mosquitos (probably it is like this at the and of dry season). The best surprise was the restaurant. It was a pleasure for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

calm, relaxed atmosphere and room very clean. we completely relaxed and ate exquisite food. restaurant 100% recommended. Thanks also to the staff which sent our forgotten hats to the airport.
