The room was big and the pool was cleaned daily. The sheets were really soft. We stayed 2 days in Bacalar and we enjoyed our time there. We booked a boat tour with the hotel last minute and they were able to accommodate us.

Great location, within walking distance of most things. Peaceful and great views. Cross the road opposite for the best sunrise swims off the jetty. Simply stunning! The property was very clean and well looked after.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and comfortable hotel. The interior was very clean, and our room was not only cozy but also came with a beautiful lake view, which we really enjoyed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, as it was close to the center yet still peaceful. We also appreciated the hotel’s lovely pool and the decent breakfast that was provided each morning.

Good options for breakfast. Clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms and really nice areas to relax. Staff were lovely, I wish we were staying longer, the Sun Ha is an absolute gem.
