- The hotel was generally nice - Nice pool - Good breakfast - Facilities - Town of Bacalar with lots of good restaurants - Rooms clean - Rooms by the lake are really beautiful and we booked one

Fabulous hotel right on the lake. We had a lakeside suite, which meant a large room with sofa and loungers on the decking by the lake. The room was very clean and comfortable and well protected against mosquitos! Very nice bathroom. Good on-site restaurant, if a bit pricey. Staff are lovely. Decent pool and free kayaking. It's not the cheapest option in the area, but you get what you pay for!

Amazing location on the lagoon. Make sure you have a room with direct lagoon views. Take the lagoon tour.

Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided on site. The suite was spacious, very clean and well provisioned. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. Plus there were kayaks and paddle boards available to use all day

The surroundings are beautiful, full of lush greenery, the food is excellent, and the grounds are expansive. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The views are amazing and it was very nice that the kayaks were included, meaning you could decide yourself when to go. The restaurant was nice located at the lake.
