The location was great, we walked most places we wanted to go... the lake, main square, cafes bars etc. The inner courtyard and pool were an oasis from the hustle and bustle. Rafael was a charming and friendly host and assisted in parking guest vehicles safe behind the secure gates. Best shower pressure we've had in Mexico!

The location was great: quiet neighbourhood and close to the city square. Although the room seemed modest, it was very comfortable. The bathroom is adequate and suited our needs. The room and property is extremely clean and our host did everything to make our stay memorable. The big bonus was the pool surrounded by a lush & private garden.

Close to Bacalar Lagoon, nice pool with garden, free private parking in the facility, cleanliness, security, friendly staff, especially Mr. Rafael, who speaks excellent English and offers many useful tips for exploring the area, a shared fridge available to guests, good for a few days stay to discover Bacalar and the surrounding area...

The is a lovely homely property, the outside area is wonderful, the staff who I think are all a family are kind and generous and helpful. The pool is great with ample seating and sun beds. The location is good, a short walk to the lagoon and the main square. I asked about where I could get laundry done and it was done for me for free! There is parking inside the gate so it felt very safe and secure.
