The room was great, space to spread out, organise, hang clothes. Consistent hot water in shower. Beautiful setting across the road from the lagoon with private entrance to a jetty and a stack of kayaks to use at will. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Lovely picnic breakfasts delivered to your door. Easy, clear, friendly communication with staff.

Anything about this place is magical. Amazing access to the laguna, wonderful stuff and great rooms with breathtaking view of the laguna. Really elevates your overall experience in Bacalar. Would highly recommend!

Amazing welcome of Luna, great room with lake view. Really a secret gem of Bacalar. Luna was always there to help us with activities and food (suggestions and ordering). Really quiet place where you can enjoy the lake. Free kayaks available. Also breakfast was really good and we could enjoy it at the lake.

Hotel has access via a dock to the waterfront. At this dock there’s a hammock and lounging chairs/ beds, as well as canoes. Hotel signage could be improved especially from the dirt road. Bed was good. Shower/ toilet clean. Light breakfast included but there was only herbal tea, no black tea. And there was coffee and some fruit. Need a car really or taxi to get to the property from Bacalar

Lovely rooms and amazing situation with pontoon onto the lagoon. Our room was really comfy, good aircon and big comfy bed. Breakfast in little baskets delivered each morning was super cute. Staff were really welcoming and helpful, preparing us breakfast the night before so we could leave early for the airport on our last day.
