I had a fantastic time in this charming hotel. The location was great; the room was nice and had everything I needed. Also had a tasty complementary breakfast. The staff was super helpful and provided great recommendations on activities, restaurants, and transport. That was really appreciated :) Bacalar and Hotel Agam were among the best places I visited in Mexico. Highly recommend. I stayed on the second floor of the hotel.

Everything was perfect. They decorated the room for our anniversary. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We booked trips at the hotel and we enjoyed. For gast it’s perfect to arrange trips with them. We recommend this.

the park and the pool area is nice, the bar area also has a good vibe. the reception guys are really helpful and kind, the breakfast is good but small portions where you can order. also the free bike use is a good thing

We would come to Hotel Agam again at any time. Nice breakfast, small beautiful pool with comfy seats next to it and a great hotel service and staff (including a super helpful communication via WhatsApp during our stay). And also just a few minutes away from the central plaza.
