It was located on top of a hill. If you call the staff, they do not respond. The hotel is very short staffed, which is very unacceptable for their busiest time of the year. However the bedroom size was sufficient. The room service staff do not answer the phone, and they do not action straight away, they needed to be reminded multiple times.

Overall we had a good experience. The hotel was ok for the price we paid. Staff was good. From the hotel to Haram is about 13 to 15 minutes walk. Walking to haram from hotel is no issue as its downhill. Going from haram to hotel though it is bit of a uphill walk so it can be tiring for those not used to walking uphill.

It looks like an older hotel from outside but for price we paid we are happy. We were on 13th floor, lifts were good. Floor was very quiet and calm. Room clean a spacious bathroom power shower with hot water, kettle, fridge, towels, tea bags water provided. We went last 10 days of Ramadan and it was so busy outside but coming back hotel was calming. We got everything we asked for .

The property was clean and the value of money was good, it worth it!! The morning shift staff was excellent and helpful (i didn’t cross the night shift) The hotel was near the Haram and there are plenty of markets just in the other side of the road

Hotel was clean close to haram but no shuttle service you can go by walk to haram but the way back its on the hill and hard to walk back hote

Good value for price Room was clean and well furnished Location near to Haram and Kudy bus station (less than10 minutes walk to haram), I stayed for 2 nights at Ramadan and location was perfect with high traffic congestion and crowed Availability of near-by supermarket and barber shop Bus to and from Haram all the time Reception and customer services make calls to insurer that everything is OK
