Fantastic atmosphere in a former olive oil factory in the midst of Ayvalik. The owners are a lovely family who make you feel very welcome. Breakfast is fantastic. Beds and pillows are very good. Cannot fault the property

Very pleasant place with a lovely host family. The location is perfect for enjoying the cafes and restaurants in the center of town. A delicious Turkish breakfast is served on the patio.

Great central location. The host was helpful in having us park our motorcycle in the adjacent alley (in front of a home that I think was that of one of the owners, but still nice). Simple breakfast in the courtyard. Rooms were basic but fine. AC worked.

This genuine hospitality, especially from the owner who led the family with great care, made our stay feel special and personal. The central location, comfortable rooms, and above all, the warm family atmosphere, made it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. This is a great little hotel in a great location. Staff are so friendly and helpful recommending local restaurants etc. the hotel is in the old town so getting there in a car is tricky. Lots of one way streets etc and very very narrow. But once there all is good. Breakfast was fabulous

Quiet, down a side street ,this delightfully decorated boutique hotel is a lovely place to stay.great hosts-very welcoming and fantastic breakfast.
