Stow House is a former vicarage located in the Yorkshire Dales. It has views over Wensleydale and Bishopdale, and over two acres of private grounds.
There are seven en-suite rooms, and many benefit from a seating area. Each has a hairdryer, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities, plus guests can enjoy complimentary Molton Brown toiletries.
The spectacular Aysgarth Waterfalls, a series of cascades stretching for over half a mile along the River Ure, are only five minutes’ walk from Stow House. Historic castles, abbeys and stately homes are within easy driving distance.

This third-floor room has a vaulted ceiling and views over the Dales. The en-suite shower room has a partition wall and door it is not fully closed off due to the vaulted ceiling. Kindly note pets cannot be accommodated in this bedroom.

The largest room at Stow House has unsurpassed views over the Dales. A day bed is provided for lounging or can be made up for a third person.

Beautiful building in the perfect location. Clean and comfortable room. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

Sarah is a great host, very personable and attentive. Stow House has been beautifully renovated and is extremely stylish and spacious and in a beautiful location. Breakfast was delicious, quality ingredients.

Breakfast was lovely. Granola was scrummy. Cooked Breakfast was well presented, hot on arrival and was a perfect amount. Poached eggs were cooked to perfection - super treaty! Room was vey clean, had good black out blinds so it was dark still in the morning and it was very quiet outside. Sarah the host was very attentive, created some amazing little cosmopolitans in the evening and even made us a reservation for dinner nearby.
