We got to the property late at night and got the keys from the box no problem, we got to our room which was very lovely, clean and well furnished with milk in the mini fridge, a kettle and tea and coffee, all toiletries in the bathroom, a hair dryer, extra blankets on the bed, just overall a lovely room. Despite arriving really late, we left our breakfast order sheet out for Roxana,our host, to collect for the next morning, not expecting to be able to get breakfast because we ordered so late, but the next morning we were greeted with the most wonderful spread, the full English was excellent, great quality ingredients and really well cooked. Best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel before. Then Roxana was kind enough to give us a map and recommend us some lovely walks and sights and gave us tips on how to avoid floods. She also checked in on us to make sure we weren't caught in floods which was lovely. She couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend staying here enough, it is truly lovely and made our stay in this beautiful part of the world even better! It was a very special way to start off the new year

The rooms were cosy and warm and the bed was very comfy.Everywhere was spotless and Roxanna works very hard to keep a lovely b&b.The breakfast was very tasty and well cooked with a pre order system.The location is lovely too next to the river and the village was all lit up which was lovely to see.The arrival instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
