The staff could not have been more warm and welcoming, they even managed to accommodate us when a dinner reservation we had elsewhere fell through, nothing was too much to ask. The room and views were stunning and good was excellent.

What can i say, other than you have to come and visit this place. Lovely stone feature building from the outside, clean and fresh looking deco inside which runs throughout from the bar to the rooms - it was all done very nicely. The food was fantastic. The beds where very comfortable. We stayed in the Aysgarth suite, roll top bath, large shower and bathroom and probably one of the best beds and nights sleep we've had. The room has everything you need, coffee and tea making facilities, TV with Netflix, the nature walks up and down the falls and beyond to Bolton Castle are all clearly marked and easy to navigate. Staff was fab! Shout to Lee, Alex and Jake who made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We stayed here Jan 3rd - 5th and had an epic snowfall during the night - like nothing ive ever seen before, the staff didn't hassle us one bit to leave, instead, let us keep the room til we decided it was time for us to depart and maintained their professionalism and enthusiasm throughout despite what was probably testing circumstances... They even offered us the room for an extra night at a reduced rate due to severe weather conditions, and it was looking like we might not be able to depart and we was stranded - they even offered spades for us to dig the car out! (yes, it was that deep) but we dug out and we made it home... slowly... All in all, highly recommended!!

Was in a lovely quiet location with fab walks around. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and tidy. Food in the restraunt was beautiful!!
