Room was very clean but no heating on in room or shower room when we arrived on a particularly cold night. Bed comfortable, but room 11 overall, the smallest room we have ever stayed in.

I booked the hotel for an overnight stay with my partner and decided to book the onsite restaurant for dinner. The room was exceptional as was the meal we had.

Absolutely stunning we booked the suite for a night and it was exceptional, room was very spacious and tidy there was a sofa and a large comfy bed, tv coffee machine and kettle. The bath was amazing with the jacuzzi setting- also loved that it was just a code to get in and out of your room. Loved that your in the centre so literally close to everything which gives a wide range of shopping, restaurants etc at hand without extra travel. Also across from the train station, bus stop right outside the hotel also if it was required

Breakfast good room nice and comfortable and worm bed was good size and well presented, the fact hotel was un maned booking in was easy and well explained before hand by phone and text hope to be back next year.

We got an email the night before our arrival to advise that the hotel had to close for emergency maintenance therefore we don’t stay at the Kylestrome - Donnini arranged an alternative apartment for us which was great. The Kylestrome has a better location though - we will try again in the future and hopefully it will be all ok with the restaurant open also

The bed was so big and comfortable. The tv cabinet at the bed end as well as the sitting area was superb .. the spa bath ! Omg that was the best so deep and powerful also very quiet wasn’t worried to take a late dip .

Everything about this accommodation was great. Communication from booking until departure was excellent and the information app was really useful. Although not manned, this didn't have any negative impact. We were given a free upgrade to the suite too which was really appreciated. Thank you.
