Location was within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, seafront. Hosts were very war and welcoming. Comfy bed with good quality linen.

We stayed here for a night travelling up to the Isle of Bute. Great location situated in the heart of Ayr but also very close to the seafront. Very good accommodation with great facilities and spotlessly clean with friendly host. Would definitely recommend

pleasant place, friendly welcome, parking just outside the door. within walking distance of the sea walking distance to excellent cafes/resturants (the Tempura was superb)

Great place. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach or the town. Parking onsite, allowed to check-in early, and a great conversation with the host who was really friendly. The room id almost brand new and a separate annex to the main house. Small but perfectly adequate for our night stay. Would happily stay again, Thank you.
