Excellent value for money ( we had an upgrade to an ensuite room). Sinclair was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the use of the communal lounge in the evening. Street parking was easy outside with a resident permit from the guesthouse. The location is in a beautiful quiet street but an easy walk to beach and centre of town.

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. Loved the attention to detail in this magnificent house. China cups and saucers in our room, along with a teapot, biscuits, sparkling and still bottled water. The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Loved the big shower and the most comfortable bed. There's also a drawing room available for guests

Guest house has a fabulous location right in the heart of town but set away from the hustle and bustle, the room and guesthouse were immaculate and the staff / proprietor couldn’t be any more friendly, approachable and helpfull. Breakfast was brilliant food cooked freshly to order and a choice of everything from a cold breakfast buffet as well, staff at breakfast were great. Would happily recommend to friend’s & family.

Room and amenities were comfortable and well thought out. Felt welcomed and appreciated. Lots of helpful information provided at check in, including recommendations for places to eat within a short walk. Breakfast selection was varied and tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Delicious breakfast with choice of cooked and continental. Lochinver is an easy stroll from the broad seafront and sandy beach. It is located in a quiet residential street with free on-street parking available
