Kerb appeal made it very welcoming -staff exceptionally nice nothing was a bother -Very very clean. Excellent location near Ayr beach and town centre.

A lovely welcoming host, a very nice comfortable room with good facilities. (I loved the shortbread and ate far too many!) very comfortable bed and a good temperature room.

Excellent location on a quiet street, where free parking is available with a guest permit. A fresh and à la minute prepared generous breakfast. Hostess supplied relevant tips about restaurants.

I recently stayed at Beaches Guest House and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, with a level of care that truly stands out. The bed linen and towels were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to the stay, and the bed itself was extremely comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. They also provided lovely toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe here; the guest house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease from the moment I arrived. The location is another highlight, conveniently situated close to the beach and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. The owner was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay, offering local tips and genuinely attentive service. Beaches Guest House is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.

An immaculately clean property balanced by the warmest welcome you could hope for from Jan. She is truly a model for guest house owners - she puts in her heart and soul and the chat over breakfast is engaging, warm and fun. The breakfast is amazing - to say that you are set for the day is an understatement! The garden was stunning and a real haven for whiling away a few hours (weather permitting!).

The host was super friendly, and the place felt really homely! Room was beautiful with a nice view to the garden. Breakfast was the best of our trip entire trip.
