Location was perfect for an event we were competing at. Room was clean. Was advised about cutlery, extra stuff at check in so it wasn’t a problem when we needed more. Restaurant was closed but we were advised on check in so also not a problem.

Location was great, we attended to a funeral and 50th Birthday, easy to walk everywhere. Room was cleaned with fresh towels every day, staff was friendly.

Clean room. Spacious ensuite. Airconditioning worked. Good hot water pressure. TV worked. Close to the town centre. Good sized freezer in fridge. Quiet. Undercover parking.

The property was neat and tidy. There's not a lot of choice for accommodation in Ayr and due to travelling with someone else we had to stay at this property. Were a little disappointed that we couldn't do our own laundry as advertised. If you want laundry done, only the staff can do it for you and it's a set price. Also, the room was a little dusty (fans, bedside tables) and you couldn't walk barefoot otherwise your feet turned black from the dust in the carpet. Some extra TLC in the cleaning of the rooms would make an old place feel alot better.

The room was bigger than we thought, and the bathroom and toilet area was enormous and so necessary for our needs as we have disabilities to cater for. And Stephen the host was friendly and very helpful.

The single bed unit was surprisingly nice inside. Well equipped. Spacious. Proximity to town excellent. Coles/Shell next-door.
