The property is on top location! It is spacious and you have all the needed equipment. Very near to the port, several restaurants, a couple beautiful beaches and most importantly it somehow protected from the strong winds. The owner made our stay just perfect, picked us from/to the port, offered to drive us to the supermarket, gave us everything we needed as we arrived Sunday and most shops were closed.

We have two different stays in September, four days each one and we had a wonderful experience both times. Everything was perfect; very large room with good equipped kitchen and a large balcony sea view. The studio and the common areas were perfectly clean and Pavlos, the owner, was kind and friendly, a perfect host. The studio is 50 meters from the beach, with a very near supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. Gavrio is at 5 minutes by car, Batsi at 10. Thanks so much Pavlos, we hope to come again in future.

We stayed in a house that is very spacious, it is on 2 levels and what differentiates it from other houses is that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level. You enter directly into the kitchen, on the left is the toilet and below is the living room leading to the terrace, which is more than enough for 4 people. The bedrooms are also spacious, one has a bathroom attached to the room, while this is not the case with the other bedroom. It was very tidy, cleaning is done daily and towels are changed every 2-3 days. As for the surroundings, at 200m there is a beach that is very beautiful and spacious, there are also 2 restaurants very close, as well as a bakery, a supermarket and a Jumbo store. If you are traveling without a car and do not plan to rent it, this may be the ideal location.

Everything was perfect. and very clean room service room every day. it was big Room. with balkon. very quiet. the best for relaxing. of course have a parking for your car in front of house. i thenk so much of the home owner. he was very very nice person to guide us about the island. i was on week there ist was so perfect very close to beach with beach bars. very close to supermarket. of course i want to visit again this place. thank you Ionia Studios it was very nice vocation.

Everything was perfect. Mr. Paulos and the staff were kind!!!! They served us like we were their family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is easily accessible, it is close to a super market and next to the sea. We recommend it 1000%!

Pavlos is one of the best hosts I've ever met. He picked me up from the port in his car, drove me to the studios, and did the same on my return journey, telling me about the interesting places of the area and the island along the way. He also provided free laundry services and answered all my questions during my stay. The room was very clean and had a panoramic view from the balcony. The supermarket, bakery, tavern, beach, and Gavrio's famous pizza place are all nearby. The area is very quiet, cozy, and has a rural charm.

Host was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Took the time to collect us from the port and spent time discussing the property and any important details about the area. Really appreciated how important it was for him to ensure we were happy with our stay. Location is perfect, beside the beach and a lovely bakery and restaurant nearby. Room was comfortable and spotless, with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great accommodation just few steps from Ayios Petros beach. Perfectly clean room with a nice interior design, providing an ideal mix of comfort and convenience. Big plus, the comfy bed mattress and plenties of pillows as well as the big balcony, ideal for perfect chill outs. Last but not least, the hosts, Mr Pavlos, was very friendly and gave some nice tips about sightseeing on the island.
