We couldnt find full board on the website so we only get the half board. It was still good but only thing was the drinks for alcohol it make sense to pay for it but for others its not. Plus they only give 1 water for a person in the room and 1 water for dinner. More than everything that shampoo and hair cream was awfull we couldn't brush our hair for 4 days. It hardened the hair. But we love the property it is hugee. Thanks for everything. Probably will come to visit again on full board option. Its a good family hotel.

One of the best hotel in Kerynia. Very nice for holliday ,for one night or for summer holliday It's exactly front of the beach. Now it's new renovated and it's fantastic. Really luxury The staff it's very polite and kind Reception always try to find solution for your need And Esra really do her job and try to offer the best for costumers Yes,,you really feel your holliday in Acapulco

We had a fantastic time. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. There was a variety of food. Everybody was nice especially Esra who was very kind and helpful and I would like to thank her for that.

This was my second visit to the Acapulco Resort Hotel in two months. It was so nice the first time. I decided to stay here again. This time I celebrated my birthday with friends, I was welcomed back by Esra, who made me feel special and she got staff to celebrate me at the Resort. Esra asked staff to decorate my room with balloons and left a bottle of wine waiting for me, which I met to my suprise on return to my room after I went out in the morning. In the evening at dinner, I was presented with a small cake, alongside happy birthday music with staff singing and clapping along. My Birthday weekend stay at the resort had a touch of brilliance thanks to Esra. Thank You to all the Staff at Acapulco Resort Hotel. You are Stars.

'I very much liked it that it was in the mou,with spectacular views. The shuttle service is an excellent idea, since the restaurant is quite a walk. I would come back again.
