Lovely yard, with furniture. Nice new kitchen. Clean enough and well equipped. Nissi Beach is at 10-15 minutes, main road at 8 minutes, the area is not loud. There is a 150 euro deposit you are requested once you book, you can cancel in 4 hours if you don't pay it. If you wait more than 4 hours, you can not cancel the booking. I got my deposit back, so it's safe, I would say. AC is weak.
