Fantastic location. Very quiet. The only sound at night was the waves on the beach. Walking distance to two bars that are open during the season. Very well equipped. Lots of towels, kitchen equipment etc. Beds very comfortable. The villa and grounds are very clean. Decent sized pool.

This property was amazing clean tidy and on the beach , we loved the pool and the kitchen had everything you would need, we all had the best time ❤️

Location is awesome, quiet but very accessible to Ayia napa. Beach is gorgeous and house is very clean and well equipped!
