Hotel Overview

Situated on Ayia Napa's most magnificent beach, the 4-star Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel offers a large outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing facilities. A gym and sauna are featured on site.
Each with a balcony overlooking the sea and the fishing port, rooms are tastefully decorated. They are all air conditioned and heated, and equipped with a flat-screen, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a fridge. Free toiletries and slippers are included.
The buffet restaurant serves a rich variety of international and Cypriot dishes. Cocktails can be enjoyed at the pool bar and main bar.
Entertainment options at the hotel include video games, a pool table and table tennis. Guests will find a range of water sports on the beach. A pool for children and a playground are also available.
The 64-room hotel is close to the Thalassa Municipal Museum of the Sea and the Monastery, while the lively city centre with its restaurants, shops and nightlife is 400 metres away. Larnaca International Airport is 36 km away, and free parking is available.

Excellent location, personnel very polite and friendly, everything on superlative. The city centre at a couple of minutes walking, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Brakfast was also excellent with tasty and diverse food. Free parking available at the location if you rent a car. It is a really good hotel to enjoy your stay in Cyprus

Nice hotel, close to the city centre. The beach is not that good in front of the hotel, but in 200 meters there is a sandy beach. We liked everything.

Great hotel, positioned in a really nice place. The breakfast was really diverse and parts of it were changed daily, no matter your diet you will find something to eat. The rooms with a sea view are mostly pointing to the eastern bay from Ayia Napa marina. The staff was helpful and really polite. There is a gym, spa, sauna and restaurants are close by. The beach is really close, the hotel has a few sunbeds close to the beach but there are a lot of them from Ayia Napa city council which are 2.5 euro a piece (7.5 euro for 2 beds and 1 umbrella), and if you go to the eastern end point of the bay, the beach has no stones and the water is amazing. If you rent a car there is free parking available at the location. It's a really good hotel to enjoy your stay in Cyprus.

The hotel is close to all the good places in Ayia Napa. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool is perfect. 1 min walk to reach the beach. Clean and modern rooms. Staff are very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious. It was a very good stay at Okeanos Hotel.

Great hotel, on the sandy beach. Great meals, nice and clean room. The sea water is clear and has a wonderful colour. :)
