“A good hotel for a small budget”

The internet speed is good, the food is excellent, the beach is 650 m away, the bus station for Larnaca and Nicosia is close by.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was professional and polite, and the rooms were clean and functional. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. I will definitely be happy to come back at some point.

the hotel is spotlessly clean. the food and drinks are varied. the staff is kind and helpful in everything. there are evening programs. the sea is a few minutes' walk away, which is wonderful. I've been here several times, but I'll get back to you. I can recommend it to everyone100 %.

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from Nissi beach. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was big and clean. It was cleaned daily. Food is ok. Every night was entertainment programme. We and our kids especially liked the fire, parrot and magic animal show. In 3 nights there was live music.

Beautiful pool, rich buffet, nice bar, Nissi beach is very close, the staff is very friendly, everything is nice an clean. It is very good value for money accomodation.

The hotel has a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to shops and bus stops. It's a cozy and clean place, with very good food and a nice swimming pool. Тhe staff is always very friendly. It's perfect for families with children. Plus, there's also a great gym on site.

Great location (5 min walk from Nissi beach, bus stations, supermarket, bakery etc.). Very clean, great beds, spacious, quiet (parking side), gym, pools (we didn’t use them), big parking, lovely entrance. Great food: different every night, a lot of authentic Greek/ Cypriot dishes; always a selection of 3-4 meats nicely cooked, plus salads, fish or seafood. Ice cream, cakes, soup… Breakfast was also OK with the usual cold cuts, but also warm buffet, plus warm croissants, Belgians waffles, fruit, yoghurts, warm porridge. We usually stay at 4*, but we didn’t miss anything here. At 4* you’d usually find a wider spread, but loads of fast food. The food at Nissiana was nice, quality cooked food (beef, lamb, octopus, lovely fish every night…).
